Natalie Clays had a vocational calling after quitting smoking at an Allen Carr’s Easyway seminar and made a mid-career change from a successful corporate role to helping other people to quit smoking. Natalie is Director and Facilitator for Allen Carr’s Easyway operations in Australia, New Zealand, the USA and Canada.

Here is a link to learn more about Allen Carr and read Natalie’s experience of meeting Allen Carr at a conference in 2006, which is the source of the following image used with permission from Natalie.

I also credit Allen Carr’s methods for my own success (Christine Gallagher) with quitting smoking tobacco and quitting drinking alcohol, and we share those experiences. It was the following books that helped me:
Allen Carr’s Easy Way to Stop Smoking
Allen Carr’s Easy Way to Control Drinking
For your interest, here is a link to a journal article which is the result from a randomised clinical trial done in Ireland. The clinical trial compared quit rates of people who were treated by Allen Carr’s Easyway facilitators and people who went through the national Quit.ie smoking service.
Allen Carr’s Easyway has previously partnered with the World Health Organization for a World No Tobacco Day campaign.
