Professor of Tropical Biosecurity, Maxine Piggott

Professor Maxine Piggott is a molecular biologist with a PhD in Genetics and a speciality in tropical biosecurity. Maxine has degrees in Business and Science and a background working in legal and government settings. Currently Maxine Piggott leads the Tropical Biosecurity Group in the Research Institute for Northern Agriculture (RINA) at Charles Darwin University.
